Hãng Creative cho ra đời một hệ thống âm thanh độc đáo thiết kế để đặt dưới màn hình máy tính có tên gọi Sound BlasterX Katana.

Trước nay, game thủ thường gắn với các hệ thống tai nghe hoặc bộ loa đa kênh với nhiều loa con, song có lẽ Creative cho rằng các giải pháp đó vẫn còn khá cồng kềnh hoặc chưa tối ưu về âm thanh nên đã thiết kế ra bộ loa soundbar kết hợp subwoofer rời Sound BlasterX Katana.

Bí quyết của toàn bộ hệ thống Sound BlasterX Katana nằm ở bộ xử lý tín hiệu kỹ thuật số DSP đa nhân kết hợp với bộ card âm thanh Sound Blaster kiêm DAC cao cấp đã làm nên thương hiệu có khả năng giải mã âm thanh 24 bit.

Các công nghệ hợp BlasterX Acoustic Engine và bộ giải mã âm thanh Dolby Digital 5.1 sẽ giúp đem lại âm thanh vòm với độ chi tiết cao. Và đặc biệt là nhà sản xuất cũng đưa vào hệ thống ánh sáng Aurora Reactive 16,8 triệu màu có thể lập trình trước.

Cấu hình loa soundbar chính bao gồm 4 driver với 2 driver mid-bass 63,5mm hướng trần để tạo âm trường rộng rãi, 2 loa tweeter 34mm dome hợp kim, kết hợp một loa subwoofer long-throw cỡ 133mm, được hiệu chỉnh bởi mạch phân tần phức tạp của Creative, và ampli dạng tri-amp công suất tối đa 75watt RMS. Thân loa được làm từ khung nhôm để giảm cộng hưởng và tăng độ bền.

Bộ loa này có thể sử dụng kết nối USB với máy tính, hoặc cổng quang khi sử dụng chung với TV hay máy chơi game PS4, Xbox One. Thậm chí, nhà sản xuất còn sử dụng cả kết nối Bluetooth để lấy nhạc từ smartphone, và đi kèm một bộ điều khiển từ xa.

Under Monitor Audio System: So Sleek, Yet So Powerful

The Katana can be effortlessly tucked right under your monitors and TV. With a slim profile shorter than 60mm, this Under Monitor Audio System is drastically superior in form and function to ordinary “gaming soundbars” and is perfect for all setups, especially multi-monitor PC and/or console gaming rigs.

The chassis is exquisitely crafted and reinforced with a sturdy, brushed aluminum panel. This construction minimizes harmful vibrations that reduce clarity. The Katana incorporates the Aurora Reactive lighting system, where its base is lined with 49 programmable LED lights from edge to edge. 5-driver Design: Expertly Tuned Acoustics

The Katana houses a 5-driver design - two up-firing midbass drivers and two high-excursion tweeters in the soundbar, and one long-throw driver in its subwoofer.

Each driver is individually chambered and powered by a DSP-controlled amplifier to deliver ultra-precise audio.

2.5″ (63.5mm) Upfiring Midbass Drivers

The highly efficient 2.5″ midbass drivers housed in an optimally tuned ported enclosure pump out clean, transparent midrange and dynamic midbass. Directing the audio upwards also provides for a wider soundstage that doesn't require the listener to be situated in the audio sweet spot.

1.3″ (34mm) High-excursion Tweeters

The high-frequency drivers feature inverted alloy dome diaphragms and wide polymer surrounds for low-resonant frequency and extended low-frequency response.
